Lydia V. Tran is an associate attorney practicing in Palmieri Tyler’s Estate Planning and Wealth Management group.  Ms. Tran assists clients with all aspects of their estate planning, including preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, premarital and postnuptial agreements, and other estate planning, transfer and corporate documents.  Ms. Tran also assists clients with trust administration, probate and preparation of gift and estate tax returns.  In addition, Ms. Tran’s practice includes advising high net worth individuals on succession planning and implementing advanced planning strategies to reduce their estate tax liability.  Ms. Tran, along with the entire Palmieri Tyler Estate Planning and Wealth Management group, works to carefully and thoughtfully curate estate plans individualized for each client.

Ms. Tran received her undergraduate degree in English literature from the University of California, Riverside, cum laude (B.A., 2018) and her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, cum laude (J.D., 2022). While in law school, Ms. Tran served as a Lead Editor for the San Diego Law Review and received a Certificate of Concentration in Business and Corporate Law.
